Following the International Summer School on Language Documentation and Description, held in Leiden the first half of July, is the 5th Leiden Summer School in Languages and Linguistics. You could have a full month filled with linguistics in Leiden! ;)

The Summer School offers a number of courses on a wide range of subjects in the field of languages and linguistics. This year, the Summer School will consist of six programmes, each with its own courses:

• Germanic programme
• Indo-European Programme
• Iranian Programme
• Indological Programme
• Russian Programme
• Semitic Programme

It's also possible to create your own program from the various courses on offer, and ECTS credits will be awarded for active participation. Check out the programs and options on the summer school website.
